Our rates vary depending on size and

Should
I make a reservation?
Availability changes on a daily
basis. In order to make sure that the space you want is
available when you need it, we recommend that you contact
our rental office in advance.
Do
I need insurance?
Insurance is the tenant’s
responsibility. Check your homeowner's or
renter's policy to see if you are already covered, or
apply for insurance coverage from a company that
specializes in self-storage insurance. We provide new
tenants with a brochure from one of these companies.
Can
I pay for my unit over the
phone?
You will need to visit the facility
to lease your unit and make the initial payment. After
that, you may call to make payments via credit card.
What
type of payment do you
accept?
We accept checks, money orders, Visa
and MasterCard. Payments may be made in person or in our
night payment box. WARNING: Do NOT put
cash in the night payment box.
What
is the minimum time that I
can store for?
The minimum rental period is 1
month.
What
kind of documentation do I
need to rent a unit?
You must be 18 years of age and have
a valid photo ID such as a driver’s license, federal ID,
school ID or military ID in order to lease a unit.
How
long will it take to complete
my rental transaction?
The entire process
should take less than 10 minutes. This could
vary depending on the number of customers
ahead of you when you arrive. Mornings are better
than afternoons
